At Snowdrop Wellness, I am mindful of the costs associated with obtaining exceptional mental health care. As a courtesy, I will bill your insurance for all in-network claims. I will request a credit card to be put on file on our secure and HIPAA compliant platform, when clients complete their intake paperwork. All payments, whether co-pays, cost-share or full payment, are due at the time of services. I will do my best to support you filing claims in a timely manner. As questions arise, please discuss your concerns with e. For all clients, I ask for a three hour notice of cancelation to avoid a $25 no-show or late cancel fee.

Out-of-Network Information
If clients want to use insurance to cover their sessions, and the clinician of choice does not take the clients insurance, Snowdrop Wellness would be considered an out-of-network provider. Our services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan, but we cannot guarantee coverage. Snowdrop Wellness is willing to provide a Superbill for these services. A Superbill is a document that outlines the services provided, the diagnosis, and company information for Snowdrop Wellness. In these situations clients will be responsible for the full payment at the time of session. After the client submits a Superbill to the insurance company, they may receive reimbursement based on their insurance plan. Clients are responsible to discuss with their insurance provider about their benefits. Clients may check their coverage by asking the insurance company the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- Is Snowdrop Wellness in-network? (Our NPI Number is 1710673447)
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- Do I have a copay or have to meet a deductible before benefits start?
- What is the rate at which out-of-network services are covered?
