Consultation and/or supervision is a place to explore who you are as a therapist, how your lived experiences shape your work, and how to show up with clarity, compassion, and integrity—for yourself and your clients. I offer two distinct places where individuals can advance their clinical knowledge: EMDR Consultation and Pre-licensure supervision in Washington state and Texas.
EMDR Consultation
If you’ve started your journey toward EMDR certification and now feel a little stuck — you’re not alone. Many therapists reach a point in their EMDR learning where they recognize they need more support, but not sure where to turn. I’m here to make that part easier and more human.
My clinical experience includes working with complex PTSD, neurodivergence, anxiety, and trauma-related depression, and I bring that lens into consultation spaces as well. My goal isn’t just to help you check a box, but to help you grow in confidence and deepen your work with clients.

Clinical Supervision
As a clinical supervisor, I support pre-licensed social workers in growing into the kind of clinicians they’re proud to be. Supervision with me is collaborative, curious, and grounded in trauma-informed, client-centered practice. Together, we’ll explore real cases, strengthen your clinical voice, deepen your use of self in the room, and build confidence in the work you’re doing. My goal is not to create carbon copies of myself, but to help you become more fully you as a therapist — ethical, attuned, and clear in your purpose.
