At Snowdrop Wellness, I want to support the future of the mental health profession. I am committed to providing a supportive environment for clinicians seeking to become licensed in their profession. With a focus on clinical care, DEIB, social justice, self-care, ethics, and quality assurance, supervisees can expect to receive a comprehensive supervisory experience. Together, we will work collaboratively to develop goals for supervision, to support constructive and focused sessions. I actively seek feedback and ensure that supervisees are obtaining the supervision experience they are seeking.

As a supervisor, I use a strengths based approach. I am supportive and explore with curiosity. I am here to support you in case consultation, learning new skills, and refining your current skill level. With years of experience working with crisis intervention, the medical field, community mental health, and supporting children and adults, I am interested in helping you grow as a clinician. I enjoy using humor with my patients and supervisees. I utilize CBT, Mindfulness, and MI in my daily practice. I am also certified in EMDR. I will support you in improving your documentation & record-keeping skills. As we consult together, we will address ethical considerations in social work practice. I am interested in supporting the growth and development of supervisees to provide excellent care for members of our community through a lens of social justice and culturally competent practice. I am happy to support supervisees in a group, if prearranged.
I meet the requirements as an Approved Supervisor according to WAC 246-809-334. I am providing supervision for associates in Washington and Texas.
