Individual therapy
Individual therapy is a space where you and I sit together and focus on what matters to you. It’s confidential, supportive, and centered on your goals—not anyone else’s expectations.
I believe healing happens when you feel seen and understood. In our sessions, I listen closely and ask thoughtful questions to help you explore what you’re carrying—stress, anxiety, trauma, burnout, or the parts of life that just feel heavier than they should. Together, we work toward clarity, resilience, and a steadier way forward.
Our goals will always be collaborative. You might want support with anxiety or depression, to heal past experiences, or simply to reconnect with yourself. Therapy can also be a place for growth, self-trust, and learning new ways to move through the world.
I draw from evidence-based approaches, including CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, and EMDR, and tailor them to fit you—your pace, your story, and the way you experience life.
