Why do we use a snowdrop flower as our practice symbol?
Snowdrops have a relatable meaning behind them. As one of the first flowers of spring, they often symbolize new beginnings, hope, rebirth and the ability to overcome challenges. This makes it a very positive flower to give someone who might be going through a change and need some extra support and encouragement. Established in 2020, I saw a need to address the challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, I have expanded to offer a variety of services, including EMDR via telehealth, to support individuals where they are most comfortable. I am a boutique mental health provider, seeking to support individuals in their journey towards wellness, offering support and encouragement along the way.
