Snowdrop Wellness is owned and operated by therapists, just like you. We are interested in supporting you to achieve your goals and uplifting your practice by providing access to insurance panels, an electronic medical record, quality assurance review, and supervision for licensure.
Our goal is to help increase access to mental health treatment in our local communities through helping clinicians give awesome mental health care. With a personalized approach, we are a boutique group looking to add talented folks to the team.
About the Role
We are in search of associate social workers who prioritize partnership and achieving a healthy work-life balance. We firmly believe that a sustainable private practice hinges on providers earning higher revenue, enjoying clinical autonomy, and choosing their caseload size (recommended 16-24 hours a week). Through our 1099 contract model, we enable providers to achieve these goals while retaining full control over their practice.

- Advertising on the Snowdrop Wellness website
- Inclusion of Clinician information in Snowdrop Wellness marketing materials
Requirements for Membership:
- Motivation to build and run an independent practice
- Active Washington LSWAIC license
Job Type: 1099-Contract
Pay: $68-$100 per hour
